Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful service delivery. ECS to perform a variety of tasks, experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of cross-functional internal team that can ensure quality deliverables. Attention to detail, result oriented, wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
