Description: NewPath Executives - Dubai - You will be responsible for ensuring that critical HR interests are supported professionally and in accordance with the local labour/DIFC laws and company policies. With major focus on Performance Management Frameworks, Human and Talent Development and Recruitment. The purpose of this role is also to establish a performance driven culture and implement a program to support and drive that culture along with results. SOME OF THE KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Work with C-Level leadership on organizational transformation programs and projects. Support C-Level Leadership on HR related issues such as: human and talent development, performance issues, restructuring, recruitment, disciplinary procedures, organisation structure reviews, job and people changes, policy roll-out, career planning & promotion, and exit interviews.
