Description: Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority - Dubai - Job Purpose The purpose of this role is to provide general and administrative support to the Manager - Events and Community Services. Main Responsibilities Meetings & Events: To maintain the internal and external event calendars, researching events within the region that may be of value for DTEC staff attendance and updating all statistics on DTEC events and activities To assist in all areas of event management including creation and administration of invitations and event plans, administration of RFQs, vendor management and payments, creation of monthly event schedules, overseeing the setup of meeting and event spaces, researching speakers, vendors and event topics & administrating customer feedback. To assist in promoting booking and usage of facilities within DTEC, ensuring good customer service is provided to all bookings.
