Admin Assistant - Onshore - UAE National

Description: TGC Consulting Middle East - Dubai - This opportunity is with a large Government entity with their office based in Dubai, UAE. As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for performing administrative functions for the entire onshore operations. You would be arranging meetings & appointments, sending reminders, obtaining approvals and making travel arrangements. Provide HR Assistance such as monitoring employee time data and rotational schedule changes when an employee is on leave or on special activities/projects. Assist employees on obtaining rotational staff accommodation and transportation. Organize requirements for all the trainings needed for the department. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records. REQUIREMENTS To be successful you would ideally possess 5+ years of admin support experience with document control and training coordination background.
