Job Description: Dubai - Client Profile Our client is a prestigious luxury hotel brand with a growing presence in the UAE and we are recruiting an experienced Learning & Development Officer to join the team in Dubai to support their commitment to developing their people to achieve success. The Role Participate in creating learning and development plans, programs and workshops, conduct training needs analysis at department level, prepare training calendars, evaluation feedback forms and maintain an accurate database. Work with departmental head to improve service delivery based on feedback from quality audits and guest satisfaction surveys. Identify and train departmental trainers. Essential Skills & Experience Required 4 - 6 years' GCC experience in hospitality training and learning & development with proven ability in preparing and delivering classroom learning and workshop development sessions.
