Facilities Manager- UAE National

TGC Consulting Middle East - Dubai - This opportunity is with a large Government entity with their office based in Dubai, UAE. As a Facilities Manager you would be responsible for supervising the daily operation of the administrative department and staff members including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security. You would develop, review and improve administrative, policies, and procedures. You would carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records. You would allocate office space according to needs and maintain safe storage for all the records. You would draft reports and make written recommendations with regards to energy efficiency, managing budgets, cost-effectiveness and other expenses.
