Customer Service Manager

Charterhouse - Dubai - Our client, an international insurance company is looking to hire a Customer Service Manager to oversee the Customer Service Team as well as assist the Operations Manager in day to day client matters. The successful candidate should have previous customer service experience within insurance or a related field and be a solutions orientated team player who has been involved in managing a small Team. REQUIREMENTS To be considered for this role, you should be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, enjoy a fast paced environment and handles customer's queries with a smile!
