Dubai - Job Description - Job Purpose The Specialist will provide inputs in developing category strategy/plans, assign requisitions to Category Associate Specialists and execute strategic sourcing and monitoring operational sourcing Skills *Qualifications and Education: The position holder will have a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or in a related field, based on the categories managed and a professional Procurement qualification (eg. CIPS). *Experience: At least 8 years in strategic and operational sourcing. *Training: Certification required in any area for ongoing professional development or for mandatory purposes. *Knowledge: The job holder will have knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle), and Advanced Excel.
