Job Description: Dubai - Client Profile Our client is a well-reputed legal firm specializing in commercial and personal law and we are recruiting an experienced legal secretary to join their Dubai team. Reporting to the Managing Partner, the role will provide secretarial and administration support to the team. The Role Type legal documents and correspondence, prepare court documents, arrange face to face meetings and conference calls, diary management, arrange travel and accommodation, follow up with clients for documents and payments and liaise with government entities and courts. Take minutes of meetings and transcribe from notes and audio tapes. Essential Skills & Experience Required Minimum 2 years' legal secretarial and administration experience in a legal firm preferably in the UAE or Gulf. Proficient use of MS Office including Excel and a CRM system. Education Bachelor's Degree is preferable; however, Diploma education is mandatory.
