Job Description: Dubai - A leading trading Company in UAE is looking for a HR and Admin Officer: Job Description: Handling pre-recruitment, recruitment, on-board and exit process Plan and implement training programs Create, implement and manage onboarding plans Conducting and analyzing exit interviews Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records Handling Attendance, Leave management & Salary notes Payroll preparation Administer Employee benefits like Health Insurance, Life Insurance, etc Preparing different types of letters (Offer letters, Warning letters, Termination letters, Salary certificates, Salary transfer letters, NOC letters, Pay slips, etc); Control the documents issued Plan and implement appraisal form for employees Write Human Resource Company policy and advise department Managers about it.
