Job Position: Consumer Insights Training & Knowledge Management Consultant
Job Description: Nielsen - Dubai - Consumer Insights Training & Knowledge Management Consultant - 25851 Client Services and Sales - Utd.Arab.Emir. Dubai, Dubai To assess the training needs of the CI organisation, identifying critical gaps and to refresh, create and deploy the core modules aligned to the CI strategic pillars. The successful candidate will be charged with simplfying and centralising relevant materials, training and information for ease of access by the teams to support CI business development with global clients and identification of local opportunities. This may involve designing new content and refreshing existing materials.You will develop a training program using the scope, sell, deliver framework & quickly deploy targeted trainings. Partner with HR to develop our strategic competency framework against which CI roles can be mapped for career development, in role training and recruitment purposes.
