Job Position: IT/Help Desk Support
Job Description: Dubai - Job Description: Provide Help Desk support that includes: initial problem determination, clear and concise documentation, diagnostics and information capture, resolution, customer status updates, transfer of service requests to appropriate staff. Job Responsibilities: Perform hands-on fixes to the desktop, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware and configuring systems and applications. Assist on problem diagnosis and solutions to technical issues as directed by the IT Manager. Perform post-resolution follow-ups to assistance requests. Serves as the single point of contact to end users for information technology-related issues, problems and requests. Troubleshoot and resolve Printer, Mobile, Connectivity and other common IT issues. Record and maintain information about hardware and software assets and make recommendations as to needed replacements and upgrades.
