Job Description: Dubai - Client Profile Our client is an expanding hotel brand and we are recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join their Dubai operations. The role will focus on providing HR support to senior managers and employees on matters related to employee relations, disciplinaries and grievances, recruitment and onboarding, compensation and benefits, pre-openings and performance management. The Role Recruitment and selection, Client planning and budgeting, new hire orientation and onboarding, manage investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, salary and benefits increments, manage the annual performance review process, employee surveys and ensure that all policies are administered and managed effectively. Develop succession plans in conjunction with senior corporate and hotel management, Manage the employee accommodation.
