Job Description: La Cantine du Faubourg Dubai - Dubai - Scanning of the HR documents and proper storage of the same for easy retrieval Maintaining and updating personal files (hard copy and soft copy) Maintaining and updating employee information Any other tasks delegated by the HR manager Finance: Scanning of the Finance documents and proper storage of the same for easy retrieval Preparing Reports Emailing documents to the outsourced accounts team Helping in Cashiering when the operation is busy Any other tasks delegated by the Finance manager Requirements The applicant must have atleast two years of experience in office administration Should have good communication skills Should have basic knowledge of excel, word etc..
