Job Position: Payroll Assistant Manager
Job Description: EY - Dubai - Graduate / Post Graduate with min 7-9 years of experience in BPO industry with major focus on Payroll processing including project managing large payroll transitions. Experience in software implementations a big advantage. Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A fair for marketing and technology a major advantage. Competencies: Transition methodology and experience in managing payroll transitions Experience in Payroll software implementation from the side of business Flair for technology Experience in Payroll review based on a set control framework Cross border payroll experience , preferably middle east payroll Coordinating with cross border teams for service delivery REQUIREMENTS Additional Skills Requirements: Experience in managing people and teams Presentation skills, with a flair for marketing Confident & Self Motivated attitude.
