Job Description: Standard Chartered - Dubai - Strategy and Approach The role holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Change & Communications strategy throughout the programme's lifecycle to agreed budget, timelines and quality: Works with the Change Engagement Manager, Programme and project Managers, Deployment leads, Stream leads and and business stakeholders alike to achieve the programme's goals Provide strategic and tactical advice to support driving sustainable change and implementing effective communications strategy to help successfully deliver the programme Implementation of the communication and change strategy, roadmap and execution plan Creation of high quality and high impact communications materials within the plan that drives employee adoption and sustainability of change initiatives Assists in the implementation of various change management activities to successfully deliver the programme Understands the programme lifecycle and ensures all stages of the lifecycle are managed appropraitely ... - Temporary - Full-time
