Job Position: Personal Assistant to the Chairman
Job Description: Dubai - The Chairman of a large trading group based in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Personal Assistant. Main Responsibilities: To provide administrative services including correspondence and prioritizing emails for the Chairman. Document and filing management. To conduct research and analysis as directed by the Chairman. To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the Chairman's meetings and any other relevant meetings. To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner. To follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the Chairman To provide administrative support to the Chairman in the leadership and management of the organization. Skills Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Expertise with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Social media savvy Strong organization skills and attention to detail Knowledge of East European languages is preferred and an advantage Strong level... - Permanent - Full-time
